Summit Communications Limited (a concern of Summit group) operating its operation with three telecommunication licenses (NTTN.IIG & ITC). Currently it has developed State-of-the-Art optical fiber transmission network all around the country and continuously expanding its network by using NTTN license. It is also providing International Internet Gateway (IIG) and International Terrestrial Cable (ITC) services to the all ANS operators of the country.

Job Title: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager

Department: International Internet Gateway (IIG)

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Configuration and management of devices (Router, switch, Firewall) for IIG operation.
  
• Configuration of BGP, OSPF and other routing protocols.
  
• Configuration and management of servers in Linux/UNIX/ FreeBSD/ CentOS/RedHAT platform
  
• Developing new services and applications for clients
  
• Load balancing P traffic between multiple carriers
  
• Troubleshooting vendor devices as well as client problems
  
• Experience on transmission equipments
  
• Responsible for maintaining KPI for IIG operation and ensure service uptime
  
• Day to Day IIG operation
  
• Regular reporting

Requirements:

• Graduate from well reputed University in CSE/EEE/ETE/ECE.
  
• 2-5 year’s relevant experience.
  
• Having experience of existing operators will be added advantages.
  
• Vendor certification will be preferred (CISCO & Juniper).
  
• Must be self-motivated, hardworking and career oriented.
