Taher Brothers Ltd. and Subashati Properties Ltd. Joint Venture is awarded to construct 12 Nos  School-cum–Cyclone shelter, South Chittagong and Cox’sbazar district under Fael-Khair Program is looking for the following professional for the project.

1. Construction Manager (Civil) – 01 Post.

  1. B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university (Preferred BUET,CUET,KUET,RUET.)
  2. Total 15 years experience .Minimum total experience in building construction works 12 Years & as a manager of similar Works 7 Years.
  3. Required good command in English.
  4. Computer knowledge in MS office, MS project, Internet knowledge is preferable.

 

2. Site Engineer (Civil) – 05 Post

  • Qualification is B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university (Preferred  BUET,CUET, KUET, RUET.
  • Total Practical experience 05 Years and minimum 04 Years experience in building Construction work for Degree Engineer.

OR

  1. Qualification in Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Govt. Polytechnic Institute.
  2. Total experience 10 Years and minimum 05 Years experience in building construction work. Experience in piling work, fair-face construction and writing measurement book (MB) is preferable.

 

3. Lab Technician -02 Post              

  1. HSC  
  2. 3-5 Years practical experience as lab technician under any construction company or any consultants.

 

The deserving candidates should be dynamic, self driven and should posses strong leadership, interpersonal and team building skills. They should also have strong interaction and negotiation skills to work with various agencies.

Selected candidates have to be mentally ready to work & stay at sites as authority will provide full facilities there. An attractive compensation package will be offered to the deserving candidates.
