ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in determination of educational purposes and policies.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the philosophy and purposes of the educational program.
• Utilize opportunities through group action to initiate improvement of the educational program.
• Identify needs of the learners.
• Develop plan for learning experience.
• Help the students to acquire desirable knowledge, attitudes and skills.
• Maintain and uses adequate and accurate records.
• Recognize individual differences in appraising the student’s progress.
• Supervise students in conducting research, prepare different nursing curriculum and utilizes findings of research.

Qualifications/Experience:

• B. Sc in nursing, MPH / M. Sc in nursing from Public/ recognized Pvt. Institutions.
• At least 5 to 7 year(s) teaching experience in any reputed nursing institutions.
• Excellent communication / interpersonal / negotiation skills.
