Job Description / Responsibility:
- Responsible to oversee all Banks / real estate (Land Vetting) or others related documents as per company requirement.
- Vetting and drafting of security documents pari-passu, syndication, loan agreement , legal opinions etc.
- Drafting and vetting of different types of agreement.
- Candidate should have proper knowledge to verify different Bank document/papers.
- Perform additional tasks when required.
- Additional knowledge about Bank Law, Company Law, and Civil Law with Drafting, Vetting & Documentation experience.
Educational Requirements: LLB/ LLM from reputed University
Experience Requirements:
- 5 to 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bank / Real Estate/ Developer
Additional Job Requirements:
- Age 25 to 45 year(s)
- Both male and female can apply
- Presently working as corporate lawyer is highly encouraged to apply.
- Banking documentation work and corporate chamber experienced persons are also preferred.
