Duties &Responsibilities:

• Develop sales plan to achieve monthly and yearly sales target of the assigned area.
• Generate sales of the company products in the area through a team of salesmen.
• Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitors’ activities and continuously search for new opportunities to increase sales in the area.
  
• Provide information to the distributors and customers of the assigned area about the new or improved products of the company.
  
• Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of products across the area
  
• Coordinate and follow up with the supervisors to ensure that adequate products’ stock is maintained at the distributors’ warehouses in the area to meet the sales delivery schedule.
  
• Provide necessary guidelines to the distributors for the smooth functioning of their business.

Academic Requirements: Masters/graduate in any discipline from a reputed university/ institute.

Duties &Responsibilities:

• Monitor and make sure of timely repair of defective hand set.
  
• Capable to level-2, Level-3 work of mobile device.
  
• Reporting and well known for computer knowledge.

Academic Requirements: BSC Engineer (EEE/ETE) or Diploma Engineer (Electric/Electronics).

Required Experience: The candidate should have 2-5 years working experience in sales/ service in any Mobile phone company where he should serve at least 2 years in a similar position.

Additional Requirements: The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong leadership skill.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  
• Commitment to achieve sales/service target.
  
• Problem solving capability.

Age Limit: Not over 20-30 years.
