The role

This position is responsible for management, supervision and assurance of an efficient Administrative system in the Cox’s Bazar Office and Rohingya Response field office at Ukhiya/Teknaf in terms of office management, procurement, personnel management, assets management and program support according to SC-BdCO policies and procedures. The role functions in close collaboration with Senior Manager-Administration. This position also manages and oversees Save the Children properties in different locations.

Qualifications and experience

  • At least 05 years working experiences including 03 years in supervisory role;
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably Masters in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or other related fields;
  • Excellent skills on process facilitation and high standard coordination;
  • Excellent inter-personal communication skills, ability to communicate with impact;
  • Good presentation and counselling skills;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Good supportive supervision skills;
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal in Bangla and English;
  • Excellent coordination skill;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Ability to type in Bangla is an added advantage.

Contract length: 12 months with possibility of extension depending on satisfactory performance and availability of funding.
