Assistant Officer - Awards

The role

This position will be mainly responsible for providing support to the award management team in day to day award management activities. Responsibilities include, s/he will prepare vouchers preparation and ensure shipment of Momota project’s document, scan and keep all the documents in respective files and store as a soft copy version. S/he will also prepare BvA (Budget vs Actual) periodically and prepare GLACOS as required for reclassification of transactions. S/he will assist to prepare periodical report for member, create Donor Expenses Analysis (DEA) for grants and prepare budget, budget narrative, draft correspondence/letter etc.

Qualifications and experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience of financial/award management
  • Experience of budget preparation and budget analysis.
  • Good understanding of financial systems and procedures.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel, word and power point
  • Ability to develop different type of presentation for management.
  • Experience of general administration work
  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in Finance/ Business Administration/Accounting

Contract length: 6 months
