Job Responsibilities
- To lead, guide the corporate Sales & Marketing team in their daily execution of sales/marketing activities towards achieving the team's monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI targets.
- To formulate sales & marketing strategies and actions plan in line with the company's direction to expand its business in the designated area/territory.
- To be responsible for making the target oriented monthly, quarterly and yearly sales plan and directed marketing team towards achieving the target.
- Critical analysis the projected plan vs achievement and identify the bottleneck with a view to overcome and implement accordingly.
- Monitor the corporate sales executive’s business activities in terms of sales and guide them to increase their earnings / sales.
- Identify potential new markets and formulate strategies to penetrate those market.
- Designing area coverage monitoring plan, preparing detail guidelines and implication of necessary tools for effective monitoring of the sales & marketing. Preparing monthly sales forecast.
- Reporting monthly report on sales & marketing status to the Managing Director having his suggestions for further development.
- Arrange business meeting with local and foreign company officials.
- Identify & Plan for strategy to approach to the prospective clients & target segment.
- Liaison / networking with senior level government/non-government/corporate and industrial sector with a view to increase the business.

- MBA in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing, Corporate Marketing.
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 40 years
- Both Males & Females are allowed to apply
- Minimum 5 years Head of Business Development in a large organization.
- Candidates having job experience in private security industry or similar types of organization will be given preference.
- Excellent writing, speaking and good understanding ability in English.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office package -especially MS Words, MS Excel, Power Point), Internet browsing, Email
- Correspondence, work experience in CRM (Customer relationship Management) - online software, experience to organize video conferencing meeting.
- Experience to organize exhibition and trade meeting event etc.
- Good knowledge about local manufacturing industry and local market demand trends.
- Experience to prepare Market Research, Products Research and industry research.
- Ready to work under pressure and willingness to complete the work assignment on time.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision while maintaining focus and productivity.
- Team work.
- Self-motivation.
- Minimum Five years working experience in relevant field.
