Post - Executive (HR)


Job Responsibilities

  • Plan & conduct employee/ Security Guard recruitment and selection process at all level.
  • Liaison with proper recruitment sources for continuous supply of required manpower.
  • Coordinate & execute local recruitment campaigns for security guards in developing and implementing strategic policies and procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues.
  • Assist to review of organizational structure, job analysis, job description & job evaluation.
  • Preparations of analytical report on recruitment, turnover, disciplinary issues, within the targeted time frame.
  • Preparation of HR documents (scroll, PF, attendance, leave, office notice and others) in an efficient, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
  • Conduct induction program to new employee/ Security Guards.
  • Maintain procedures of employee/guards performance appraisal and increment.
  • Prepare general office notice and circulate in communication with appropriate authority.
  • Assist to arrange training programs for employees/guard as per schedule and update track of training record.
  • Work with employees to improve productivity and working environment.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor in HR with good track in SSC & HSC.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)

  • Age at least 25 years.

  • An in-depth knowledge and experience of core HR functions.
  • Should have sourcing experience of security guard in any organization.
  • Strong personal & professional ethical values are essential for the position.
  • Relevant computer hardware & software application knowledge with email communication.
  • Conversant in preparing management report.
  • Should have problem solving ability.
  • Strong communication on verbal & writing skills both in Bengali & English is required.
  • Able to establish & maintain healthy working relationship with people in course of work.
  • Ability to treat sensitive / confidential information with appropriate discretion.
  • Able to complete the task within a prescribed time frame and should have patience & amiable in nature.
  • Must have the ability to understand management's instruction.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Good team player, well organized, initiative and detail oriented.
  • The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Recruitment & Selection, Legal Compliance / COC, Performance Management, Safety & Compliance issues, HRIS database management.
  • Businesses: Garments, Security Firms (KPI Based).
