Job Responsibilities:

  • Will responsible to ensure that HR policy is in place and being implemented accordingly.
  • Keeping track of attendance and leave records for all employees.
  • Ensure proper documentation regarding HR & Compliance of the Head Office.
  • Ensure all personal File i.e. Leave Form, Increment Letter, Promotion Letter etc.
  • Develop and Implement HR Operation related Policies and Procedures
  • Responsible for arranging recruitment in time.
  • Assess needs for training and organize training programs & associated works
  • Paper works for evaluating performance of employees and preparing proposal for annual increments.
  • Monitor and investigate employee turnover at all levels.
  • Identify critical positions and ensure that an alternative candidate is developed within the organization.
  • Preparing general official notice and circulating in consultation with appropriate authority.
  • Maintain effective communication with law enforcing agencies and regulatory/ statutory body of the Government.

Educational Requirements:

  • Post Graduate in any Discipline from a recognized university.
  • Preference will be given to those candidates who have completed PGDPM/ PGDHRM.

Experience  Requirements:

  • 10-15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Training & Development.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Age 38- 45 year(s)
  • Males/Females are allowed to apply.
  • Should be able to handle all HR related activities of the organization independently.
  • Have good understanding about HR policy and also sound knowledge on Labor Law of the country. Ensure legal compliance polices and procedure, termination, dismissal compensation, disciplinary action, handling of grievance, management of conflicts.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skill in English.
  • Strong ability to motivate employees for ensuring outstanding performance.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office package –especially MS Words, MS Excel, Power Point), Internet browsing, Email Correspondence, work experience in- online software, experience to organize video conferencing meeting.
  • Ready to work under pressure and willingness to complete the task timely.
  • Strengththen Team work.
  • Self motivated.
