Responsibilities and Desired Skills:

• Manage infrastructure operations, operational process and procedures.
  
• Proactively monitor, evaluate, troubleshoot and mitigate malfunctions in software applications and services.
  
• Perform routine check of system platforms to identify performance issues and risks and mitigate them.
  
• Complete any delegated new implementation and operational /deployment related activities on site or off site.
  
• Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting to external customers and Tier 1 Helpdesk.
  
• Technical/Semi-technical correspondence with principles.
  
• Manage and review system logs.
  
• Work as a member of a team that operates 24/7 in roaster, on site or off site

Educational Requirements:
B. Sc/Diploma in Computer Science/ Engineering from any reputed institute/university.

Essential Experience:

• 0 to 3 years. Fresher are encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements:

• A solid understanding of operating systems, management of application servers, relational database servers, etc. in systems point of view.
  
• Experience in working with Windows (Server 2003, Server 2008, etc.) and also Linux-based operating systems (e.g., RedHat, CentOS, etc.) especially in a terminal environment via SSH.
  
• Basic understanding of programming knowledge such as PHP, C# etc.
  
• Basic SQL and reporting knowledge of MySql
  
• Understanding the importance of system up-time.
  
• Ability to solve problems when they appear in projects and help project team members as necessary.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and doesn’t take working pressure but enjoys challenges.
  
• Ability to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment.
  
• Be imaginative, creative, patient and have attention to detail, analytical skills and communication skills
