Responsibilities and Desired Skills:

• Key Partnerships Development: Build solid relationships with banks and corporate partners to boost marketing contribution for joint campaigns and product launches.
  
• Generate Campaign design for both internal products/services and external clients for boosting sales.
  
• Work end to end with digital wing (Ngage) to improve operational efficiencies and hit revenue targets.
  
• Overview all key operational aspects of easy.com.bd and further product roadmaps.
  
• Able to originate new products with the contemporary taste and demand of the target people across the globe and lead a team of product development
• Should be able to offer continuous development of Software-products through innovations, incorporation and acquiring of new technologies
• Oversee key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis.
• Assistance to develop all new product's technical specification & design as per day to day requirements.
• Assistance to modify existing all products features & specifications.
• Works with the Business team and the Engineering teams to set the direction and create mutual understanding upon roles & responsibilities.
• Provides progress reports that are distributed in a timely manner, and helps to maintain and improve the reporting process.
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering team, development, commercialization and costing to achieve cost target. Ensure cost efficiencies, value/cost ratio.
• Communicate and follow-up with internal (external issue will be added value) constituents assist with problem solving as needed.
• Prepare time line calendar project/product specific and update on the same weekly.
• Regularly update Product Development team on new product opportunities; review category products as directed to ensure brand cohesiveness.

Educational Requirements:
Graduation

Essential Experience:

• Minimum 4 years.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong writing and editing background.
  
• Fluency with social media platforms and technologies.
  
• Detail-oriented, organized, diplomatic team-player.
  
• Creative, enthusiastic and confident when confronting new and complex challenges.
  
• Experience and comfort with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
