If you have …….

• Great blend of consumer insight driven marketing, marketing agency management, campaign management, planning to execution to review, multi-party partnership management, KPI driven performance management
• Proven leadership skill, where you already managed a direct team of minimum 5 members and indirect/ external teams of agencies and third parties
• Skills of drilling analysis + superior insights, leading to clean presentations and coming out as a winner (in 90% cases) from project room to board rooms irrespective of company, agencies, board or partners
• Uncompromising mindset having core values of ingenious, customer crazy, rational, collaborative and resourceful
• Killer instinct of "No Matter what, I will make it"

You need to be a BBA/MBA with minimum 7 years of marketing, sales, commercial experience in FMCG, Telco and device industries. Candidates with blend of tangible FMCG products and intangible technology services marketing/sales leadership will be given preference.
