Job Description/Responsibility:
- Customer & Customer Segment Analysis and Lead Validation
- Provide customer supports and on-site assistance
- Provide Value-Added-Services in generating additional opportunities in the market
- Ensure various delivery teams, provide system modifications and continuing support to clients;
- Visit potential and existing clients to capture sales lead and analyze client`s needs.
- Assist Marketing & other stakeholders for developing Product Presentation and related marketing materials.
- Present and Position Product & Company Values in all internal and external interaction.
- Properly maintain the monthly sales and collection target.
- Maintain and develop corporate customer relationship
- Responsible for documentation and periodic reporting.
- Should be focused on: Sales Target, Revenue, No of deals closed on his own.
Educational requirements:
Candidates must have an MBA (Marketing) degree from a reputed university. Preference shall be given to candidates having B.Sc. or any relevant IT degree.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of sales & marketing experience in ISP/Telecommunication is required.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong Listening, Speaking, Writing Skill to present and position product and pitch sales presentation and Business Case Preparation.
- Product positioning - relate the product with customer needs/wants.
- Strong sense of Proposal Writing, Relationship Development & Management with Key Customer Side and Internal Stakeholders.
- Coordination with Internal Team and External stakeholders
- Must have leadership and problem solving skills.
