Position: Sr. Executive / Executive - Human Resources
Department: Human Resources
Work Station: Corporate Headquarter, Dhaka
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Planning & executing employers branding strategies
- Planning, executing and monitoring the company’s social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other blogging websites.
- Creating innovative ways to attract prospective employees to the company and distinguishing new recruitment opportunities.
- Conducting the overall Recruitment procedures of SFBL including all the departments & functions.
- Tracking and identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels and through Talent Mapping.
- Managing the overall Training & Development functions through conducting Training Need Analysis, preparing training modules, Maintaining & Updating the Training Database of the organization and Coordinating in-house and external training programs
- Assisting in the Manpower Planning and HR Policy Development and Implementation process
- Assisting in the Performance management procedure and the yearly Promotion process
- Conducting the Induction process of new employees
- Coordinating the employee Engagement activities
Pre-requisites to apply:
- BBA/MBA from a reputed Public/Private university (any discipline)
- Candidates having 1-2 years of involvement in employers branding/ digital marketing/ e- recruiting/ e-marketing or social media promotion is preferable.
- Must possess excellent Creative, analytical & communication skill.
- An ideal candidate must be a hard worker, self-motivated and a very good team player
- Age within 30 years
