| Duties/Responsibilities: |
| Monitor to achieve the Business KPI. Fully responsible for all activities of DH Provide training program for DS & SE Follow up DS & SE and their performance indicator. Analyze sales and distribution data and take corrective actions Monitor daily KPI™s, sales forecast and sales variance Monitor stock at trade, Distribution House (DH), Stock ageing and Action plan on slow moving product selling. Market visit, Distribution gap findings and market opportunity assessment Market demand analysis and Competitors analysis Compliance Monitoring. Business Growth plan. Monitor DH Accounts Activities Liaison with operator regional team. Monthly Sales report DS and SE wise, DH wise with root cause analysis on growth/ de-growth. Prepare budget for DH office expenditure and other day to day administrative activities in his DH any other task assigned by Management. |

- Interact with internal & external auditors.
- Monitor & prepare monthly calculation report for sales related person.
- Prepare & monitor sales person wise sales & collection report.
- Prepare monthly salary statement & disburse.
- Checking petty cash expense.

IT and Languages Skills:
- Regular user of Pack Office Pro (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Good English writing and Speaking.
