Position: Project Planning Officer-Architectural (Female)

What will you be doing?

  • Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (Sketch up, AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render and Photoshop).
  • Prepare Architectural Design Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with Detail Working drawing, 3D Visualization, Photoshop-Illustrator software, Cost Estimation, Site Monitor & Supervise of architectural design.
  • Preparation of bill of quantities, capable to understand drawing and execution as per drawing, site supervision, coordination with the clients & consultant, handling of sub-contractor, quality control, material requisition.
  • Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress by him or by his team member.
  • Manage project and maintain communications with contractors till Project handover.
  • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
  • Market Analysis for proper product knowledge and provide new product/concepts.
  • Prepare & Design BUILT/MEP working drawings and presentation drawings.
  • The visualizer must have strong capability on Residence Design, Office Design, Retail Shop Design, Restaurant Design, Hospital Design, Club Design, Exhibition Gallery Design, Stall Design and Stage Design with full working drawing.
  • All other relevant duties as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements: Diploma in Architecture/ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch )

Experience Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 year (s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Designing Company.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 2D, 3D, Exterior Designing, Interior Design, Floor Layout, visualization.

Skills:

  • Female are only allowed to apply.
  • Hardworking, proactive, self-responsible, ability to work under pressure/ deadline.
  • Have good understanding of design and construction process and to handle all related site works.
  • Have to be Capable to move and travel to any district of Bangladesh for Project Supervision (If necessary).
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Designing, Project Management, Drafting, Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization.
  • Strong skill on Abode Photoshop, Illustrator and others essential creative tools. Basic knowledge on web design.
  • Independently prepare design and drawing for individual / specific projects in time.
  • Responsible, reliable, highly energetic, polite and hardworking, Punctual.
