Manager / Assist. Sales Manager (Channel/Retail Sales)

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • To have adequate knowledge for Sales and Marketing of IT related hardware products and Services. 
  • To play role as Key Account Manager for IT Hardware branded products Sales and Retail IT Outlet Management.
  • To monitor the Channel Sales and Retail Outlets sales team and evaluate their performances.
  • To achieve Channel/ Retail Sales Target including Sale-in, Sale-out, Credit Management etc. of Resellers.
  • To ensure Collection, Deposit, Productivity and Expansion of Retail Sales and Channel Sales.
  • To maintain a friendly relationship with existing and potential Resellers.
  • Collecting, compiling and sharing market intelligence report to the Management.
  • To play the administrative roles (Bills, Attendance, Leave etc.) for Retail/Channel staffs.
  • To prepare and share business report including the stand & status of competitors and propose way forward.
  • To prepare sales & marketing plan for existing products line up and ensure its proper implementation aligning with the business need.
  • To prepare annual budget for assigned area, formulate policy for implementation and ensure appropriate monitoring on action plan with a view to achieving the sales target.
  • To create planned distribution network through new outlets and implement the same as per desire of the management.
  • To set guideline for optimum sales and introduce new techniques & ideas to the sales force for promoting their products & improving their skills.
  • To analyze periodical sales, market share of competitors` brands and find out the ways & means how to improve market share and retain business sustainability and growth.
  • To promote new products to the targeted outlets and generate demands through new coverage.
  • To review the Sales of Retail Outlets and Channel Network and submit all reports to the Management.
  •  To perform other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time to be assigned by the Management.
 

Job Nature: Full-time

 

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduate/ Masters/ MBA from any reputed University in Bangladesh.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 05 year(s) in the similar job with respective industry knowledge.
  • The applicants should have experience as Manager/ Assistant Manager of Channel Sales Management/ Outlet Sales Management for IT Related products and services.
  • The applicants having working experience for selling IT Hardware related products and services in reputed ICT products Distribution House will be preferable.

  • 30 to 40 year(s)
  • Male
  • Candidate should be enthusiastic, energetic with good interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate must have computer literacy.
  • Candidate should be self-motivated and ready to take challenges.
  • Good command on both spoken and written English.

Salary Range:

  • BDT 30,000 – BDT 40,000 per month. Even higher range can be offered for highly experienced.
