Request for Quotation – Vegetable Seed & Poultry Items

SONGSHOPTAQUE is a (social, cultural and human benevolent), Govt. registered National NGO. It is established in 2000 by a group of young cultural activists with a view to improving the capacity building of underprivileged group of the society through using their knowledge, strength and humanity.

Since 2023, Songshoptaque has been dedicated to improving the lives of the Rohingya community. Their focus is on empowering them through better livelihoods and a stronger socioeconomic foundation through Pooled Fund Project.
 
Songshoptaque is indeed inviting sealed bids for the procurement of Vegetable & Poultry Items for Ukhiya Rohingya Camp. Only the authentic bonafide companies, suppliers or procurement providers with the valid license and capability to supply bulk quantities will be eligible to bid.

Poultry Bud & Other Items-

A. Poultry bud, Variety- Sonali, Net weight 600 gm with vaccine Certificate, 10 Bud / Participant. (9 hen  & 1 cock, So, ratio will be  9:1).

B. Poultry House- Size: 4’ Length,  3’ Width, and 5’ Height. There will be two(2) floor where     Surrounding will be Net of 1ft (on the every Upper side). Every Floor will be Wood/Bamboo where price should mention separately. Shade of upper side will be Tin.

 Tender Closing/submitting Last Time both in mail and Hard-copy on or before 22/04/2024 at 01:00PM where Tender will be open at 2:30Pm on the same date.

Note:

  • Vendors can check and submit Tender physically at our Ukhia Project office in all working days from 9 am to 4 pm (Sunday to Thursday).
  • Vegetable & Poultry Items on product need to take approval as sample basis from Songshoptaque Management.
  • Final Items/products need to deliver at 1-East camp, A & B block, Rohingya camp, Ukhia, Cox’s Bazar on or before 30 April to 15 May 2024.
  • Songshoptaque Management reserves the right to accept or reject part/whole of the tender process without assigning any reason whatsoever.
  • All vaccination should complete according to the date of delivery as well as certificate time frame and must submit their certificate before/during delivery as per organizational need. .

Payment methods --

The payment will be made through account payee cheque in favor of firm / company name upon successfully completion of the work. Tax and VAT will be deducted at source as per government rules and regulations.

How to apply --

Please read the details specification mentioned above. Interested companies/firms are requested to submit their quotation (quotation price must include with Tax and VAT) along with all legal documents (TIN Certificate/ BIN Certificate, Trade Licensee and VAT-Documents), and minimum one years of experience with related all documents of previous work related assignment by the email to sahidur.songshoptaque@gmail.com By the sealed Envelop and mentioned the name of the subject Line  “Request for Quotation – Vegetable & Poultry Items”

Where to Submit the Hard Copy Quotation:

For only submitting the hard copy, a tender box will be kept in the Songshoptaque Ukhia Upazila Project Office- 2nd floor, Upper floor of Union Bank, Ukhia Upazila , Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh.

Please put the envelope in the tender box and sign in the register khata. A courier may be accepted but organization will not take any responsibility in this regards to Acknowledging the documents as there has or may some ongoing processes run at the time. Participant may present during the opening time of tender.
