We are inviting application from Bangladeshi Nationals for the position of Human Capital & Development Coordinator in the Human Capital & Development Department. The candidate must fulfill the following criteria to qualify for the position:

Responsibility:
Human Capital & Development Coordinator shall be the responsible for assisting the overall HR Operations of the Human Capital & Development Department of the Hotel. The incumbent has to perform the following duties but not limited to, as follows:
- Assist in day to day Recruitment process and related operational activities of the Human Capital & Development Operations.
- Monitor timekeeping activities aligned with the Department Coordinators and keeping necessary documentations for future reference.
- Analyze, manage and review attendance of the associates and provide necessary feedback as and when required basis.
- Play an active role in times of Casual Staffs Salary preparation and necessary documentations at the time of recruitment.
- Monitor and review Over Time (OT) schedules of the departments and prepare necessary arrangements of payments.
- Maintain proper Leave Management System and provide time to time analytics regarding Leave Consumption.
- Prepare and circulate annual leave plan and holiday schedules in line with the Government declared holiday calendar.
- Assist Department Heads for the selection of Nominee of the Month/Best Associate of the Month on monthly basis and proper management of the process.
- Assist to monitor and ensure proper management of Annual Games & Sports and Annual Associates Family Gathering as well as other functions arranged by Human Capital & Development Department.
- Any other lawful assignment given by the Department Head as and when requirement basis.
Job Requirements:
- Must have MBA in Human Resource Management along with BBA from any reputed Public/Private University.
- Minimum 2 (two) years of working experience in the Human Resources Department of any multinational or reputed national organization.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) will get preference.
- Maximum 30 (Thirty) years of age as of Last date of submitting the application.
- Ability to perform policies and procedures relevant to Human Capital & Development Department.
Other Requirements:
- Presentable personality, well groomed, courteous and excellent inter-personal relationship skills.
- Commendable documented communications proficiency both in spoken & written English and Bangla.
- Must have MS Excel Expertise along with MS Office package and Internet Browsing.
- Strong Leadership skills & administrative capabilities required to run the operations smoothly.
- Should have a “Can Do Attitude”.
- Ready to work extra hours irrespective of Duty schedule based on emergency situations.
