SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL is an international humanitarian organization based in Paris, France, which provides aid and assistance to victims of war and natural disasters. Responsibilities and description of tasks:

The Information Management Supervisor is in charge of data entry, cleaning, consolidation, backing-up of CCCM information and referrals collected on the field.
He/she assists the operation team in data analysis.
He/she produce data visualization and report with the support of the Site Program Manager and MEAL Manager.
Data and tools management

  • The Information management supervisor is in charge of:
    • The design and management of the CCCM database
    • Regularly update the CCCM database
    • Entering data provided into the appropriate software
    • Ensuring the security of computer data
  • Support the Site Program Manager and the MEAL Manager in the development of a piloting CCCM Information Management System
  • Attend the training of field staff about the new tools developed
  • Support the CCCM team in the analysis of the information and data gathered
  • Archive paper, electronic data and reports and making them available to the teams, on request
  • Compile data to produce analysis, data visualization and report

Service Mapping

  • Maintain updated service mapping for Solidarités International activities
  • Liaise with services providers to gather information about services available
  • Prepare, on request, maps to illustrate the reports
  • Support analysis and decision making through a relevant mapping of services

Reporting / Communication

  • Keep tools and files archived and secured at the offices of Solidarités International accessible to his/her line manager
  • Participate in collaboration with the CCCM team and M&E teams in the analysis and processing of data
  • Bring to light any difficulty linked to his or her activities, to the programs of Solidarités or security concerns


  • Train the CCCM Officers on the Information Management System

Ensure an effective linkage with the CCCM team based on the field; especially regarding the information raised by the PDCs, service mapping and other coordination matters

Qualifications and Competencies: 

  • Master’s degree in relevant field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years professional experience in humanitarian and/or development programs and in the relevant field.
  • Experience in mobile data collection
  • Experience in data entry and management and data analysis
  • Must have ability to work on MS office with strong knowledge of excel
  • Experience in mapping on GIS preferred
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Strong humanitarian commitment and organizational skill.

Salary Range: Monthly consolidated salary BDT 51,300/- and other benefits as per HR policy of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL.
