Key Responsibilities:

• Formulation of sales target and forecast
• Plan and develop sales strategies
• Directly manage the full time sales team.
• Plan and administer support center for smooth operations
• Monitoring competitive environment, identifying key market and business

Requirements:

• Masters from any discipline / B.Sc in Electrical Engineering
• 8 to 10 years experience in sales and marketing management
• Previous experience in Solar System related strongly preferred
• Proactive, assertive and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
