SMC Enterprise Limited, a large well-reputed organization involved in the sales, marketing and production of health and consumer products is looking for a talented and aspiring individual for the following position. The position will be based at the Head Office, Banani, Dhaka:

POSITION TITLE: EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE – TRAINING

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, evaluate, expand training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs of the sales team.
  • Develop effective induction programs and provides the induction training for new employees.
  • Produce training materials for the field forces of the sales team.
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
  • Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
  • Assist line managers and trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
  • Prepare yearly training calendar and coordinate in-house / external Training,.
  • Prepare and setting tests and exams.
  • Providing feedback about improvements and action plan in writing to the management.
  • Assist managers with the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns and provide feedback on sales opportunities in the marketplace.
  • Ensure proper documentation of the monitoring and evaluation tools for future reference.
  • Visit extensively different work sites in assigned zone anywhere in Bangladesh for developing new business / creating new customers.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Masters in Pharmacy/Physiology/Pharmacology/M.Sc. in Biochemistry/Zoology from a reputed University
  • 4-5 years experience in relevant field
  • Age maximum 35 years
  • Must have ability to prepare different training contents or materials and e-learning packages
  • Must be able to make Power Point presentation and use audiovisual resources
  • Hard working and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills both in English and Bangla
  • Strong knowledge in Networking & Troubleshooting
