Position: Senior/Junior Design Engineer - HVAC
Responsibilities:
- Should have independently handled Analysis & design of Commercial / residential high rises, Condominiums, Townships, IT Parks, Biotech Parks, hospital, infrastructure projects etc.
- Should have hands on experience in design of Various A.C. Systems
- Should have experience in preparing Design Concept reports of respective systems, Specifications and BOQ's
- Should be able to independently discuss with Client's on all aspects
- Should be able to present & explain – design theme, calculations, and should be able to obtain client’s approval.
- Responsible for all HVAC / BMS design activities under the guidance of the Lead
- Leads & coordinates the HVAC design activities with other discipline
- should be capable of taking on the decisions and giving a quick solution to a problem at site to carry out the construction in conformity with drawings
- Knowledge in developing basic design, detail design, shop/ working drawings for HVAC systems
- Must possess engineering skills and be capable of interacting with the team members.
Requirements:
- Basics Computer Knowledge
- Good Communication skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / Revit Preferred
- Knowledge on HAP / IES
