Position: Architect

Responsibilities:

• Preparing detail working drawings
• Coordinate with site engineer and follow-up the project work
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from any recognized local/foreign institute
• Proven work experience of at least 5 to 8 years; 8+ years of experience will be given preferance
• Preference will be given who has worked in any Engineering Consultancy Industry 
• The applicants should have experience in smart city design
• The Applicant should have experience in delivering full life cycle of building project above 20 to 24 floors
• Must have computer skills with advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Corel Draw, Office Adobe, Revit architecture and other graphics communication programs
• Excellent communication skill & a very good team player
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary: Negotiable
