Sinha Knit Industries Limited, is a Sweater manufacturing company that produces sweater products and exports to European countries, is looking for suitable candidates for the following position:

Job nature: Fulltime.

Job description / Responsibility:
 Key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to, the following:

  • When new style start analyze the bulletin and layouts;
  • Line Feeding plan;
  • Conducting the new style capacity studies & operations balancing;
  • Do Method Study, Motion study, Time study, Line balancing;
  • Do garments manufacturing process break down, machine layout;
  • Daily target setting & maintain the visual boards;
  • When style is feeding, checking the work place, layout, method and find out the way to improve the worker and machines utilization properly;
  • Maintaining the SMV values and confirms the SMV value for each & every styles/operations;
  • Maintaining individual operator performance and motivating low operator performances;
  • Analyzing productivity & calculate efficiency;
  • Analyze the work in progress on work stations and instructing supervisor for better balancing;
  • When analyze the bottle neck areas co-ordinate with technician & line management to solve the problems;
  • Calculate non-productive time, reduce defects & wastage;
  • Measure operator grade while operator recruitment;
  • Train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skills educational requirements & increase productivity & efficiency;
  • Any other assignments and responsibilities assigned by the management;

Required qualifications, competencies & additional job requirement:

  • University graduates preferably in Industrial Engineering / Textile Engineering;
  • Age 23 to 30 year(s);
  • Good command in English both speaking and writing;
  • Strong ability to communicate with Management;
  • Sound knowledge in computer operation;
  • Committed, self-motivated, independent, multi-tasking & result oriented;
  • Good leadership, technical, human relation & conceptual skills;
  • Ability to handle workload and manage multiple tasks at a time under stressed environment;

Experience Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 year(s);
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Floor / Line Management, Work Study, Production Planning;
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sweater factory.
