Job Description / Responsibility

• Planning, implementing and monitoring Retail Sales Operation within the assigned territory
• Regular sales reporting (Weekly and Monthly) to Area Manager
• Planning and monitoring distribution management and inventory management
• Regular shop visit and monitoring shop performance
• Prepare sales target/ budget for the entire district
• Monitors and takes short and long term measures to keep receivables at desired level
• Analyzing and solving territory's operational issues
• Ensuring proper customer service from Branch Managers
• Training and development of Shop Staffs on entire shop operation and product knowledge
• Must take the overall responsibility and be accountable for the total operation of the assigned territory

Job Nature: FullTime

Educational Requirements:

• MBA from a reputed University

Experience Requirements:

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• Retail Management

Additional Requirements:

• Age 26 to 32 years
• Good command in English and Bengali
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and MS Word
• Self motivated and able to work under stress
• Analytical approach and decision making
• Result oriented winning with others
• Market oriented

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
