	Position: Regional Service Incharge
	Vacancy: 01 Job Context: Regional Service In-Charge RSI is responsible for the efficient service operations and keep the departments running in an efficient and effective manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to oversee their expectations. Job Description / Responsibility Supervise all official activities both In-house and externals. (2) Monitoring & Coordination within Franchise Technician and territory service management team. (3) Engage to recruit Franchise Technician. (4) Maintain Accounts and Inventory Management. (5) Analyzing, solving & quick decision making regarding territory operational issues. To provide all Customer Service relating to Product Service, Sold of Spare Parts and information of new product. Planning, implementing and monitoring Service Operations within In-house and externals team. To prepare Consumption Report & submitted to the Authority. To execute any job which assigned by the Senior Manager, Service Facing physical inventory audit and cooperation with Internal and External Auditor. Monitoring to keep the Service Center Plus always neat, clean and tidy. Providing information and communication among Business unit Managers, Wholesale officials, Customers and other service centers officials for various kinds of issues regarding Service, Spare parts of product and new product. To submit spare parts requisition through Purchase Order for running the service operation effectively and efficiently. To perform ERP based tasks such as Purchase Order, Work Order, Inventory Received, Issued, Customer Order, Create Payment and reconciliation between SBL-Branch Cash Book and Bank. Training and development with franchise technicians and service related people regarding critical and new product service issues. Checking the 600 bill of franchise technician for approval. Monitoring and overseeing the assigned regional service teams to ensure proper and standard customer service (such as visit to Franchise Workshop, Customer's House, SBL Branch & Dealer's outlet etc).
