Job Description / Responsibility

• Provide IT support to end user for their Desktop, Laptop, Wi-Fi, Printer, Scanner & other IT equipment.
• Troubleshooting hardware and system
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of network and connectivity
• Provide end user software support to the ERP user
• Provide Desktop software (word, Excel) Support
• Visit - branches, service center, warehouse, area office for IT support through out of country.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science or any other Engineering subject.

Experience Requirements: At least 2 year(s)

Job Requirements

• Age 24 to 28 year(s)
• Knowledge about hardware and software
• Knowledge about network operation
• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office program.
• MikroTik knowledge will be added extra value

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Salary Range: Attractive compensation package (as per Company Policy)
