Job Description / Responsibility

• Planning, implementing and monitoring Retail Sales Operation within the assigned territory
  
• Regular sales reporting (Weekly and Monthly) to Area Manager
  
• Planning and monitoring distribution management and inventory management
  
• Regular shop visit and monitoring shop performance
  
• Prepare sales target/ budget for the entire district
  
• Monitors and takes short and long term measures to keep receivables at desired level
  
• Analyzing and solving territory operational issues
  
• Ensuring proper customer service from branch managers
  
• Training and development of Shop Staffs on entire shop operation and product knowledge
  
• Must take the overall responsibility and be accountable for the total operation of the assigned territory

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Masters in Commerce / MBA (Major in Marketing) degree from a reputed Public or Private University.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Sales, Business Development

Job Requirements

• Age 26 to 32 year(s)
  
• Good command in English is a must
  
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and MS Word
  
• Self motivated and able to work under stress
  
• Analytical approach to decision making
