Buying QC

- Visit factories very frequently not only for QC control of finished goods, but also for raw materials.
- Preparing the QA reports (PP meeting report, Fabrics and materials acceptance report, Production QC report, Final Inspection report etc.) on time.
- Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process.
- Coordinate with respective merchandiser to maintain buyer’s required quality levels.
- Identify and analyze complex problems, recommend and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Conduct pre audits independently in every stage to ensure 100% final inspections pass rate.
- Training and development of stakeholders about the quality control for a product.

- Minimum 5 years experiences in the field of garments industry.
- Graduation in any field.
- Clear knowledge about AQL standards.
- Must have knowledge of sample development, approve sample, swatch matching and finishing quality.

Fashion Designer

- Designing and developing new product considering latest trends of local and global markets.
- Sourcing new fabrics, technology, washing techniques & trims for new developments and samples.
- Cost calculation of readymade garments.
- Follow up & liaison with clients & suppliers concern for all kind of sampling issues.
- Determines customers' needs and desired price range by carrying out regular market research.
- Training and development of new supplier about the brand standard and quality.
- Visit fashion houses, markets and manufacturers to support top management about the competitors activities.

- Minimum 5 years experiences in the field of garments industry.
- MBA in Fashion Designing.
- Clear understanding about ladies wear, menswear, kids wear trends.
- Must have good sense of product quality, accessories assembling and washing.

- Developing and maintain core components of company’s websites and e-commerce platforms.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and to stay up-to-date on current and emerging technologies, standards, and trends.
- Build products using HTML/CSS/JS and other Front-End technologies.
- Code and deploy applications in a Cross-Platform, Cross-Browser environment.
- API development and integration such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, PayPal, etc.

Accounts Officer

- Manage day to day accounting records including Tally entries
- Cash & banking transaction management
- Prepare periodical financial reports and analyses
- Cash flow reports and budget/forecast related works
- Manage company TAX/VAT and other regulatory issues.
- Check/audit factory expenses and inventories.
- Budgetary control connected in every aspects of all consumption
- Coordinate with the sales department in order to ensure timely invoice submission, credit control and recovery.
- Liaison with the external auditors.

- Guide Sewn supervisors following Lean concept.
- Making production plan and executing accordingly.
- SMV calculation and suggesting top management with the cost effective solutions.
- Organize and control misuse of men, machines & materials.
- Ensure pre-production meeting with production team in every new order.
- Coordinate with the QC team to ensure in-line and end-line quality inspection.
- Introducing QC by operators to minimize the rejection of finished goods.
- Analyze production data and verifying consumption of men, materials and machines.
- Training and development of floor supervisors, operators and assistants.
- Ensuring authentic report on time.

- Minimum 3 years experiences in the field of garments industry. Knowledge in Bag sector will be a plus point.
- Should be a graduate from a recognized university.

Color Master (Screen Print)

- Mixing color to achieve require standard for printing like Rubber, Glitter, Flock Lamination, Sublimation, Photo Print, High Density, Foil, Pigment, Discharge etc.
- Maintaining data log book for color mixing to manage re-order smoothly.
- Ensuring best output and timely production of Printing as per production plan with due consideration of quality.
- Managing screen print section both table & machine printing.
- Printing cost calculation and suggesting the cost effective solutions.
- Organize and control misuse of men, machines & materials.
- Ensure pre-production meeting with production team in every new order.
- Ensuring authentic report on time.

- Minimum 8 years experiences in the field of garments industry. Knowledge in Bag sector will be a plus point.
- Should be a graduate from a recognized university.
- Should have thorough knowledge on all types of Garments Printing, Printing Dyes & Chemical.
