Position: Manager - Plant

Job Description:

• To look over all factory administration.
• To direct and control all factory staff for ensuring proper motivation, training and development in accordance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• To ensure quality lubricants by QC. Department.
• To develop and implement short- and long-term plans.
• To ensure timely production in accordance with weekly/monthly production plan.
• To manage the blending & filling operations according to specification.
• To develop and monitor all necessary procedures ensuring continuous efficient operation and supply of services provided by utilities.
• To check the daily productions work sheets for QC reports.
• To monitor receiving items, production and movement as per policy.
• To submit different reports & data to head office on need basis.

We Require:

• Engineering Graduate in Chemical or Masters in Chemistry from any public university.
• Working knowledge on the relevant field & sound knowledge on QMS.
• Candidate must possess the quality of integrity, leadership, innovative, persistence & ability to manage.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skill in English.
• Minimum 08 (Eight) years working experience in Manufacturing unit at any renowned company.

Job Location: Madanpur, Sonargaon, Narayangonj.

Age Limit: Minimum 33 years.
