Position: Trainee Officer / Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for the business development and individual business portfolios.
- Individual and Branch’s business planning and implementation of the business plan, conduct follow up and monitoring to achieve planned business target.
- Ensure customer service, credit quality through regular customer visit and follow review.
- Proactive monitoring of the financial performance and account.
- Any other job as assigned by the management as and when required.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
Master’s degree in any discipline preferably Commerce/Business background from a recognized university having no 3rd class/division or CGPA below 2.5 in any public examinations.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 (five) years’ experience in any reputed Brokerage House or relevant field in the Capital market (applicable only for the post of Officer)
Age:
Age must not over 30 years as on 31.07.2018 (May be relaxed for highly deserving candidates).
Additional Requirements:
- Should have Deep knowledge in Securities and Investment, Credit Risk Analysis, Customer Relation, General Banking, Market Development;
- Ability and willingness to work independently under pressure;
- Ability to promote team work and build strong interpersonal relationship with clients;
- Must be innovative and dynamic.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills in Bangla & English;
- Good computer literacy,
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Salary & Compensation
Attractive compensation package as per company’s approved scale of pay. Post & remuneration shall be offered commensurate with experience, qualification and suitability.
