Career Opportunity for Field Officer (Contractual)
Social Islami Bank Limited (SIBL), a fully Shariah based modern Islami Bank, as a part of its growth and concurrent consolidation program, targeting its prime objective towards poverty alleviation of the marginal people of the country with a motto of “Working Together for a Caring Society” is looking for experienced, self-motivated, aspiring and committed Field Officer (Contractual) for its Family Empowerment Islamic Micro-Finance Program under Voluntary and Non-Formal Division.
Qualifications and other competencies
  • HSC/Graduation in any discipline.
  • At least 02 (two) years field level experience in Micro credit and having keen interest in Islamic Micro Finance.
  • Age not over 30 (thirty) years as on 20.11.2014.
  • Ability to form cluster/select borrower and prepare proposal under the supervision of branch’s investment department.
  • Remuneration range will be between Tk.12,000.00 and Tk. 15,000.00 per month (consolidated)
  • Priority shall be given to the local candidates (initially the program will start in Homna, Chandaikona, Gobindagonj, Dupchachia and Shahjadpur branch)
  • Candidates should have computer literacy.
