Executive -Purchase

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible to source, negotiation and purchase goods & service from Local vendors, contractors & service providers.
• Compare and Evaluate vendor’s quotation in line with technical and commercial specification requirements from project & operation team.
• Issue purchase order to the selected vendor considering all technical & commercial terms and conditions.
• Closely follow-up on purchase order, delivery and shipment schedule, quality and quantity with vendors.
• Maintain record & make necessary purchase requisition & order through SAP/ERP
• Evaluate supplier performance & develop alternative supplier to get competitive advantage over existing supplier.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Engineering/ Business Graduate from any recognized university.
• 3-5 years experience in similar function in any reputed organization. 
• Confident with positive attitude   
• Excellent communication skill with good command on written and spoken English
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and operational knowledge of SAP / ERP system
