Brief over view

We are an international Freight Forwarding & Clearing Forwarding Logistics company registered in Bangladesh and UK. SHIPSA Group is the on-demand freight forwarder providing domestic and international logistics solutions to commercial customers. We specialize in delivering unique answers to complex shipping problems. We are highly experienced and have professional skilled team who have more than 30 years of corporate expertise form different MNCs and nationally reputed logistic firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve of sales targets for the enterprise clients 
  • New business development: Acquire strategic, high value clients spread across multiple industry verticals
  • Retention of existing business
  • Own end to end customer relationship and satisfaction
  • Grow business from existing clients by cross selling multiple products / logistics solutions
  • Lead development of sales strategy for the entire region: value proposition, market segmentation, strategy and differentiation, market insight, brand strategy and industry trends, white space opportunities
  • Support, review and approve the sales strategies for each business and lead sales central projects or initiatives
  • Facilitate integrated/cross business decisions on sales
  • Articulate sales policy, procedures and guidelines to support strategy implementation
  • Agree appropriate targets for each business that achieves division targets
  • Establish in conjunction with businesses new business opportunities and targets
  • Monitor businesses’ performance against target both volume and margin
  • Coordinate corrective actions to sales programs, if necessary, to achieve target
    commitments
  • Develop and maintain organizational capability and participate in the talent management process

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1-2 year(s)
  • Sharp negotiation skills
  • Good business judgement/commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and technical capacity
  • Achieve of sales targets for the enterprise clients 
  • New business development: Acquire strategic, high value clients spread across multiple industry verticals

Additional Requirements

  • Age 20 to 30 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications specially MS word, excel & power point
  • An affinity for offering excellent customer service
  • Ability to adapt and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take ownership and solve problems
  • Positive and resilient attitude
  • Great teamwork skills

Job Location: Dhaka/UK

Salary: Negotiable
