Job Description:
- Responsible for recruitment activities, as well as resignation procedures for all employees.
- Responsible for registration of training courses, maintaining of training records, training plan and training evaluation.
- Provide orientation to new employee (company policies, employee benefits, and etc).
- Administering employee’s attendance records, processing of monthly payroll, coordinating with departments to ensure timely submission and endorsement of attendance, overtime claims and leave applications.
- Responsible for Visa/work pass transactions (application and cancellation).
- Review and implement HR policies in accordance with company’s development and legislations.
- Performs other HR-specific and general HR administrative support.
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up-to-date, accurate and complies with legislation and submit monthly reports (Attendance, Leave Balance, etc.)
- Acts as liaison with local Ministry of Manpower rules
- Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned
Education:
- Bachelor in Human Resource Management, or relevant qualification in business-related discipline.
Job Requirement:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Employment Act
- Must have good knowledge in local HR regulations
- Team Player with good interpersonal & communication skills & also ability to work independently
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Meticulous, detailed and good organization skills
- English is a must to liaise with management and staff
- Construction/engineering industry work experience is preferred
- English is required, knowledge of Chinese is a plus
