01. Advisor (Finance & Banking)

Job Description:

Providing legal assistance of various lease/loan proposals. Communicate with the different Banks regarding company account opening /operations. Perform specific tasks connected with the financial matters arising in the company from time to time.

Educational Requirements -

MBA/ MBM/ Masters in any discipline having no third division/class in any examination from reputed Public or Private University. The candidates having accounting/finance background will be given preference. Minimum 20 years experience in Corporate Finance Department of a Bank. Have to have good relation with the Public/Private/Foreign Banks. General Banking, Internal Audit, SME Banking.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Bank Management, Insurance, Investment/Merchant Banking, Leasing preferred.
• Retired Managers/GMs/Directors of foreign/local Banks  are requested to apply.  
• Age: 50 years and above.
• Excellent communication, presentation and report writing skill. Hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Good analytical ability.
• Computer literacy is must ( MS office, excel, power point, internet etc.).
