01. Automobile Production Manager (Car factory), 1 (One) Position

Job Descriptions/Responsibilities:

• Direct and Supervise production supervisors, shift superintendent and all plant operations to ensure correct, accurate and timely completion of car production and delivery schedules .
  
• Evaluate production requirements and determines production schedules.
  
• Determine engineering, materials, and personnel needs necessary to meet those schedules and communicate them to first line leaders.
  
• Study, institute and maintain efficient and safe work practice procedures and facilities.
  
• Keep abreast of safety requirements and new developments in order to maintain an injury free, highly efficient plant operation.
  
• Improve the abilities, skills and knowledge of production personnel through appropriate instruction and training.
  
• Assure strict compliance with all quality control standards by maintaining a current and complete acquaintance with quality standards consistent with the company's reputation as a "Quality Producer."
  
• Supervise the process of manufacturing, installation, and operation vehicles.
  
• Supervise technicians and technologists.
  
• Use mechanical, thermodynamic, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical principles to resolve engineering problems.
  
• Analyze production to determine where improvements may be made which will contribute to plant goals. Perform other duties deemed necessary by the management.

Educational Requirements - M.Sc in Automobile Engineering from reputed Public or Private University.

Experience Requirements -

• Must have 15 years practical experience in the same position in any automobile industry. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, procedure manuals and safety rules.
  
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  
• Computer literate with the ability to create visual aids for communication purposes
  
• Good job stability
  
• Have to have experience in automation.

• Excellent communication, presentation and report writing skill.
  
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure.
  
• Good analytical ability
