Job position: Office Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

  • must be honest To lead, supervise, review, recommend and implement policies & operational procedures to meet with the Company`s development needs and to ensure compliance of the Corporate policies
  • Responsible for providing general administration support and facilities management services
  • Responsible for overall administration.
  • Maintain strong and sustainable business relationship with the business partners and build strategic partnership.
  • Cost control and keep the office expenses within approved budget.
  • Handle office expenses and VAT/Tax related functions.
  • Taking care purchase related all jobs.
  • Team Leadership.
  • Compliance and Risk Management.
  • Maintained full time correspondence with vendors and suppliers.
  • price negotiation and confirming order with selected vendors.
  • Responsible for look after office asset, purchase and maintenance.
  • Supervise & manage the performance of administration team.

Educational qualification: Graduation from any reputed university.

Experience: 

Minimum 30 years of experience. Candidates having experience in:

1-Business Administration, Company development, Visibility study, industry knowledge, employee management and Strong government relationship.
2- Banking, Bank facilities knowledge, bank installment, fundraising, accountant, export & import L/C knowledge, stork market knowledge, opining company Bank accounts and strong banking relationship.
3- Lawer,LL.B,Company registration and regulation, Bangladesh Labor Law, Banking law and strong relationship in high court will get preference.

Monthly Salary with benefits: 50,000TK.
