Job Summary: ServiceChai is building a team to serve new international startup clients. You must be a detailed-oriented, self-starter who is interested in being part of a growing company. You must have excellent English proficiency. The Customer Care Executive will be provide first line support for international customer inquiries that may include incoming calls, web based chat and email. You will work under the direction of a Team Lead, be responsible for a high level of quality and meet team and personal KPIs. You will have an opportunity to learn new tools and processes, and interact with and learn from our foreign clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide first line customer care for inbound calls, chat and email from customers of International clients. Customers will be globally located but primarily in the US.
  • Conduct & interact outbound calls to USA/UK/Canada to customers in a timely manner.
  • Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction
  • Having awesome presentation & selling skill over phone.
  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures and provide them information about the resolution of the same
  • Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems
  • Provide general information on products and services
  • Provide some level of technical support on products as required
  • Maintaining highest standard of customer interaction quality
  • Ability to deal with foreign customers
  • Ability to work night, very early morning and weekend shifts (will vary by project)

Educational Requirements

  • Major in BBA/English/O-Level/A-Level will be highly preferred

Experience Requirements

  • Proficient/fluent in both written and oral English. 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in any of the following business areas (s):
    Customer Support through Phone, Banks, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, e-commerce, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Online (web/ e-mail) Support.
  • If you have less than 2 years customer care or call center experience but have amazing English communication skills and believe you are a fit for this position, please apply!
  • Prior experience with interacting with foreign clients or customers a bonus
  • Some experience with supporting hardware and software products and services (can include e-commerce)

Additional Requirements

  • Candidate must have at least 40 words per minutes typing speed in English

  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to manage pressure and remain calm and composed
  • Very comfortable with computers and software
  • Analytical and process oriented skills
  • IELTS course will be preferred score 7.0
