INVITATION FOR "CHIEF OPERATION OFFICER (COO)"

Job Description/Responsibility

Responsible for overall business operation of the edible oil filling in that he is particularly responsible for:

• Designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures.
  
• Setting comprehensive goals, performance and growth.
  
• Establishing policies that promote product, culture and vision.
  
• Forecasting, planning and execution of all procurements, including inventory management.              
• Supervising/monitoring and coordinating of the commercial aspects (L/C, Shipment, C&F, taxation, delivery orders (DO) etc.
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
• Evaluating performance by analyzing and interpreting data and matrics.
• Writing and submitting reports of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/ Head of Business    Division (HBD).
• Assisting CEO/HBD in fund raising ventures.
• Participating in expansion activities investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.
• Managing relationships with partners/vendors.
• Leading the Sales and Marketing team and form an independent Sales and Marketing Company.
• Achieving top line (Sales) and bottom line (Profit) targets of the company.
• Developing Brand Vision Plan and Brand Marketing Plan of Group brands.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive aggressive sales growth.
• Planning and implementing urban and rural activation.
• Effective promotion policy, public relationship and Market Research.
• Distributor Management and distribution improvement and regular guidelines.  
• Marketing strategic design.  
• New Business development on pertinent product.
• Training, Coaching and Team building.

Employment Status: Full –time, contractual

Education Requirements: Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant field.

Experience Requirements: 10-15 years

Requirements

• Proven experience as Chief Operation Officer or relevant role.
  
• Understanding of business functions such as Marketing, HR and Finance etc.
  
• Demonstrate competency in strategic planning and business development.
  
• Experience in fund raising will be a plus point.
  
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation matrics.
  
• Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office.
  
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving.
