Consultant Required for Mid Term Assessment Social and Economic Enhancement Programme-SEEP is a Non Governmental Organization that has been working with underprivileged children to improve socio-economic standards since 1986.The organization requires an individual or a group of consultants to conduct a midterm assessment of a Child Friendly Local Governance urban Project funded by Save the Children. The eligible consultant firm or individual should have sound knowledge of : governance of urban and rural Local Government Institutions, social service delivery and related laws and policies, understanding of child rights issues, proven experience in designing and conducting midterm assessment surveys, as well as excellent report writing skills (in English). The eligible candidate will have to conduct the survey in Dhaka City Corporation, Sathkhira and Manikgonj districts.
