The legal and Compliance Organization is looking for competent and self motivated individuals for the following position.

Teacher (Autistic, Learning disabilities & neurological disorder Child)

  • Must be enthusiastic of teaching.

Job Responsibility:

  • Main aim of Teacher’s is to guide the Child.
  • Involved in developing physical and mental growth of children with autism, learning disabilities, neurological disorder, preschooler and how these relate to home, school and play.
  • Assist in creation of a classroom environment conductive to learning and appropriate to the social and emotional development of students with an emphasis on language development, communication and emergent academic literacy skills.    
  • Teach children with Singing , Rhymes, Group Works, activity of Daily Livings Training( feeding, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, self behavioral management)
  • Involved in curriculum development (Individual education plan IEP) for their inclusive education.  
  • Help developing optimize functional skills with the child by encouraging qualities that they will need for success in their future lives as; self confidence, self esteem, interaction, intellectual curiosity, increase morality and integrity.
  • Keep record / documentation in the file for daily activities, parent counseling, liaising and sharing ideas with other professionals (Occupational therapist, speech therapist, psychologist, and doctor) and multidisciplinary team. The candidate must have integrity, patience motivation, and encouragement, energetic and sincere.
  • Responsible for maintaining professionalism, safety of child and staff. Work co-operatively and effectively as a team member by communicating and contributing information on a continuous basis.

Educational requirement:

  • Should have the Honors/ Masters/ BSc/BSS degree from any reputed University.
  • BSED or degree on child Education, child psychology will be added as an extra qualification.

Experience requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years on the relevant field will be given preference. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Computer literacy in MS office and intern ate.
