Job Description / Responsibility:

• Keeping constant liaison with management, contractors, architects,
• Understanding and checking all plans of a project.
• Project’s actual measurement/digital survey.
• Undertaking whole construction work of the project.
• Ensuring safety and security of the project/site.
• Preparing construction plan/programme
• Keeping constant liaison with management, contractors, architects,
  consultants, buyers, land owners, labours, BUET, city corporation, etc.
• Supervise the whole construction works’ the project.
• Preparing construction schedule.
• Solving various project problems.
• Prepare cost estimation and BOQ.
• Inspection of all material delivered.
• Checking pilferages.
• Preparing bills and cost analysis.
• Modifications of plans, choose various materials.
• Making sure that the construction works are as per designs.
• Meetings with management, consultants, buyers.
• Making sure that the construction works are with all applicable rules.
• Ensuring construction work within time frame.
• Ensuring quality of construction materials.
• Preparing As Built Drawings.
• Taking care of neighbours’ safety and disturbances.
• Regular reporting to the management.
• To keep road, clean and safe from construction materials and hazards.
• To do related jobs.

Job Nature: Full-time at site and also office

Job Location: Dhaka

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

Experience Requirements :

• Minimum 10 years’ work experience in the relevant field
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Work in large residential as Project in Charge Engineer.

Salary Range :

• Negotiable (Please mention expected salary in the application)
