Job Description / Responsibility:
- To act as building manager of the building.
- To take care of the building in regard to cleanliness, security & safety, maintenance and repair of the building and its equipments and amenities, such as lifts, generators, fire pumps and equipments, car lifts, light fittings, gardens, waterbody, glasses, air conditioner system, signages, BMS, CCTV, water pumps, electrical system, sub-station, water reservoirs, etc.
- To ensure security and safety of the building.
- To maintain liaison with occupants, owners, service providers, visitors, etc.
- To pay all bills.
- To collect service charges.
- To attend owners’ meetings.
- To maintain accounts of income and expenditure and to submit them to authority. To maintain cash book and prepare budget.
- To make the building presentable.
- To do all other related jobs.
Job Nature: Full-time
Job Location: Dhaka
Educational Requirements:
- Graduate (Preferably in Science)
Experience Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in the relevant field
Salary Range :
- Negotiable (Please mention expected salary in the application)
