POSITION : AREA SALES MANAGER

Educational Qualification:

  • Should be a Graduate preferably MBA/Masters in Marketing from a reputed institution.

Experience

  • Must have at least 2-5 years practical experience in similar position in relevant field in any National/ Multinational organization.
  • Experience in Cosmetics/Toiletries but trading house people will be preferred.
  • Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, etc will be advantage, but not mandatory.  

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to formulate sales plan and fixed target and assist Sales Manager in planning, organizing and monitoring the sales activities.
  • Monitor sales team & work regularly with them in the field.
  • Conduct regular marketing research & work towards Sales growth.
  • Establish distribution route.
  • Keep the team members motivated & delighted.
  • Provide effective trainings to the team members.
  • Assist Sales Manager in selecting the Distributors.
  • Willing to dedicate him even beyond office hours. 
  • Distributor management (Stock keeping, stock maintaining and delivery), ensure proper distribution.
  • Please do not apply if are not experienced in Cosmetics/Toiletries/Food sector.

Age should not be over 35 years

Job Location: Dhaka, Bogra & Khulna

** Salary Range: up to 25,000.00 (p/m) and competitive TA/DA & Mobile Bill
