Job Description / Responsibility:

• Highly knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In Design for creative artwork development according to brand guidelines.
• Capable to create innovative design, Logo, Brochure, Cataloger, Leaflet, Poster, Magazine Design, Packaging Design etc.
• Must have knowledge about press printing formatting & output setup
  
• Ability in 3D Visualization will be given preference
  
• Should have creative mind to execute innovative ideas and concepts
  
• Understand the design brief and transform them to designs
  
• Formation and streaming of the ideas for client pitches
  
• Should be familiar with modern design trends with strong color sense.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and pixel perfect design

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelors/ Diploma degree in the relevant field.
• Educational Qualification will be relaxed for experienced and skilled candidate.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 1.5 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Advertising agency, Design/Printing/Publishing, Event Management

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age 24 to 30 year(s)
• Solid sense of creating designs ensuring they reflect targeted market profiles
• Positive Attitude to work in team is must
• Casual appearance in office
• Should be able to work under pressure
• Must able to use Bangla fonts in designs
• Be able to generate graphical content for social media
• Be able to conduct research on current design trends, new concepts, tools and keeping updated
• Good English communication skills and ability to interact with Clients

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary Range: Negotiable
