Job Title : Engineer/ Asst. Engineer

Job Location: Dhaka

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• Planning, scheduling, following up and monitoring electrical works at the construction sites.
• Supervising the installation of electrical instruments and equipment at the construction site.
• Estimating the material requirements and cost of different electrical works of the construction project.
• Maintenance of all electrical equipment in the project sites.
• Routine inspection and monitoring

Qualification

Educational : B.Sc/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience : 3 - 5 years in Real-Estate Sector.

Other Job Requirements

• Must have good communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and must be good at teamwork.
• Ability to work under pressure.
