Job Title : Assistant Manager/ Manager, Sales Department

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Supervise the activities of sales representatives and team in order to meet sales target.
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
  • Sales lead generation
  • Marketing plan & strategy
  • Handle complaints from customers
  • Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base

Educational Requirements

  • BBA/MBA in Marketing

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 year(s) experience required.
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager, must be in real estate sector.
  • Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
  • Through understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Leadership and organizational abilities
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
