Job Title : Assistant Manager/ Manager, Sales Department

Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Supervise the activities of sales representatives and team in order to meet sales target.
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
- Sales lead generation
- Marketing plan & strategy
- Handle complaints from customers
- Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base

Requirements
- 5 to 7 year(s) experience required.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager, must be in real estate sector.
- Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
- Through understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
